Which is the delivery method?

Express delivery service in 24 hours: Our standard delivery method involves the use of express courier services for the delivery of goods, except in some regions where further options are available.

What is the approximate delivery time? Deliveries may take between 24 and 48 hours for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and between 2 and 7 days for the rest of Spain and other countries of the European Union. The approximate delivery time is stated at the final stage of the shopping cart.

What are the delivery costs?

For any delivery to mainland Spain, the costs are:

* For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the cost of each order is approx. 0.90€ higher. * Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have an extra cost.

What do delivery costs include?

Delivery costs include packaging, handling and delivery of the items.

What is included in the costs of delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union?

Costs of delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union do not include customs charges at destination or other taxes (tariffs). It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay any customs-related charges and taxes on imports in order to receive the goods. The customer shall pay all these charges, whether the package is delivered or it is rejected by the customer.

We will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible, but the customer needs to bear in mind that this will be subject to the regulations of the country of destination regarding imports, as the Company shall not be liable for any related events. The Company shall not be responsible for the effects of strikes, wars or other circumstances beyond its control. It shall not be held accountable for any delays during customs clearance or for the forfeiture of any item by the local authorities. Delivery costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight and the delivery address.

Can orders be delivered to post office boxes?

No. Grouprix will reject any orders where the delivery address is a post office box.
