Delivering your package

Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We work with different delivery companies in order to offer you the best service possible. If you wish, you can select the form of delivery of your choice. Independently of the chosen method, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Packaging, handling and delivery costs are included in the delivery fees. These comprise a fix amount and a variable amount depending on the price and weight of your package. We advise you to group all your items in one single order. We cannot group two or more separate orders, so you will need to pay delivery fees for each of them if you have not grouped them. We shall not be held responsible for any contingency occurred during transportation. Nevertheless, we take the utmost care to protect fragile objects.
